Gingerbread Party

Here is a layout I did for our Gingerbread House Party.

Journaling says:

This years
Gingerbread House Party
had our largest turnout yet.  We had
so many entries, It was a lot of fun.  But
with more people it made it so I didn’t get
a chance to do one.  Most of our friends,
family, and neighbors came.
Fun times were had
by all!

Where did Xander go?

I finished this scrapbook page.  This picture is one of my FAVORITE of Xander.  I think it TOTALLY captures the essence of his favorite things to do, and it is an actual smile, not a "CHEEESE".

Journaling says:

I was trying to get something done on my computer, when the house got really quiet.  And any mom knows, that is not a good sign.  I went searching for you, and I couldn’t find you anywhere.  Until I heard a laugh from your room.  And here you were, under your bed, playing the DS.

Thanksgiving 2008

Here is the layout I did for our Thanksgiving adventures in St. George.

Journaling says:

For Thanksgiving we went to St. George to celebrate Grandpa Nathan Riley Plumb’s 80th birthday. Once again ALL of Jared’s family was able to be there. So we did our family gift exchange at the same time, as well as another big family picture. We were able to share a hotel with Ang and Ryan. Xander LOVED having his cousins to play with. And the pool. He thought it was the best. It was a fun weekend. Happy Birthday Grandpa Plumb!!! We also found out that dear Bradley and his girlfriend are expecting their first child. (She is 16). We wish them the best of luck.

The Spears

I am back from my scrapping hiatus.  Here is the latest layout.  It is one from right before Thanksgiving when the Spears came and stayed.

Journaling Says:

Our cousins came to visit us on their way to St. George for Thanksgiving.
We had fun reading “The Night Before Thanksgiving”, playing in the castle,
and car pooling to St. George.  They sure are fun.  We are so lucky to have
them around.  Kathleen and I were even able to get a toothless photo.
